Debbie joined the Learning Center in 2017 as a substitute teacher.  In 2018 she became a full time teacher in the Junior Preschool and Little Lamb classrooms. In 2018 she also became Nursery Director for OPPC.

Prior to teaching at OPLC, Debbie worked in the insurance industry.

Debbie was born and raised in Indiana. She attended Indiana University-Bloomington where she earned a degree in Human Development and Family Studies.

Debbie currently lives in Carmel. She loves being a mom to her two children, Levi and Madelyn. Both Levi and Madelyn have attended the Learning Center.

When she am not teaching Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends. In cooler weather, she likes to watch movies and read. She also loves being outdoors and exploring nature with her children. In the summer she likes to go on picnics, be pool-side, or hang out at the lake with friends.

She has always had a passion for children and a love for God.  She feels so blessed and excited to have found a home where she can enrich children’s lives through learning and God’s word.
